b. & c. The Cool Cats project is one of the most popular NFTs that came out in 2021 (top 12 in all-time Opensea sales volume). The community is strong (5000 unique holders, 45k discord members) and known to be very exclusive, even to non-holders. The project is also supported by influential people like Farokh, Beanie, and other OGs like J1mmy.

It started out as "just a PFP" with art created by Clon (https://twitter.com/cloncast). Through time, however, the project has evolved into a more "utility-oriented" one that seeks to reward its holders through various perks and benefits (below). Thus, I believe Cool Cats is a strategic fit to the future capabilities of Gray Boys (proxied ownership, pass down benefits of "abducted" NFTs).
