NOTE: This is an amended version of the previous proposal to acquire 10 ETH of ‘Hero Galaxy’ NFTs

Although we received overwhelming support for the previous proposal, there was concern amongst some Gray boy holder’s that 10 ETH was excessive and would prevent us from making other purchases, so I hope this strikes the correct balance between giving us good exposure to the potential asset appreciation and staking income from Hero Galaxy and will create a strong community bond between the projects but will not ‘artificially’ raise the floor.

Hero NFTs are a collection of 5,555 generative ERC-721 NFTs that act as an access-pass to all game-types within Hero Galaxy, and the associated benefits for players and holders.

Hero Galaxy presents a good fit as an investment opportunity for the DAO as it operates in an environment and utilises a currency that all Gray Boys should be familiar with, it also is a suitable match for our first collaboration.

The project is at an early stage in its roadmap which provides the maximum opportunity for appreciation of asset value, and the scope for growth of passive income as player take-up increases.

The project owns 20 NFT worlds and the plan is to create at least 20 different Play-to-earn games.

Public launch of P2E and Hero Staking is scheduled for the 17th March

The proposal is to buy as many Hero NFTs from the floor as possible within the 3 ETH budget (including gas). The floor currently is at around 0.5 ETH so we should expect to be able to acquire 5 Heroes.

In this particular case there is little argument to look at rarity as our heroes will all be staked and it is not practically possible for the DAO to claim and equip artifacts for the heroes to a degree that would make them to appealing to the rental market.

The current conservative estimates for the staking income put the estimated yield at 0.5 to 2.5 wrld per hour per hero. This will increase as player numbers and artifact sales increase, and if they are awarded the grant of wrld token from NFTWorlds.
