Acquire 3 Pudgy Penguins (up to 2.5 ETH total)

Pudgy Penguins have been one of the most talked about and high volume traded NFTs in this space with 43K ETH total volume. Currently the prices have dipped under 1 ETH for whatever reason, but given the past popularity of the project it's likely that hype will return at some point. I am proposing that the Gray Boys DAO purchase 3 Pudgy Penguins floor pieces up to 0.8 ETH each for a maximum investment of 2.4 ETH total. I believe a project that has achieved such high volume on Opensea is arguable a “blue chip” NFT and that hype will inevitably come back to this project sooner or later.
