$GTAI Launch on Ethereum & Uniswap

Dear GT Protocol DAO Members,

We are excited to propose the launch of the $GTAI token on the Ethereum blockchain. Specifically, we aim to enable bridging from BEP-20 to ERC-20, allowing $GTAI to operate on both the BNB Chain and the Ethereum network. We aim to provide a multitude of advantages for our ecosystem and strengthen our ties with the Ethereum community.

How Will the Bridge Be Opened?

GT Protocol will collaborate with ChainPort, a reputable bridge service provider, to guarantee a seamless transfer of $GTAI across the BNB and ETH blockchains. Additionally, ChainPort will support cross-marketing initiatives and help in getting the $GTAI contract address whitelisted on ERC-20 through diverse partner platforms, such as CoinGecko and EtherScan.

Will the Total Supply Increase?

No, the total supply will not increase. We only will enable holders to swap $GTAI between the BEP-20 and ERC-20 networks.

Which Platforms Will Support $GTAI (ERC-20)?

We have secured partnerships with several centralized platforms, which have committed to supporting the launch of $GTAI on Ethereum, either immediately upon launch or shortly thereafter. This collaboration guarantees that $GTAI holders will have seamless access to their tokens across multiple platforms.

Uniswap

Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that $GTAI will also be supported on Uniswap, one of the leading decentralized platforms on the Ethereum network. By securing listings on both centralized and decentralized platforms, we are enhancing the accessibility of GTAI tokens within the Ethereum ecosystem.

$GTAI Token Value Between Chains

$GTAI can be swapped between BSC and ETH (and vice versa) at a 1:1 ratio through ChainPort. This process is designed to be quick, taking only a few minutes, and user-friendly.

Timeline for Implementation

Should this proposal receive approval, we plan to implement our strategy in the initial weeks of April. The precise date will be communicated through our social media channels. Beyond utilizing our network of partners to bolster the cross-chain bridge on its launch day, we will further amplify the event's visibility through online advertisements and various marketing efforts.
