DAO Vote #2 Unstaking DAO fund GYROs

Summary: The DAO fund is for the development and maintenance of the protocol. The community, through DAO voting, may decide how to use these funds. Accumulation of GYRO/sGYRO in the DAO fund will be used only for the aforementioned purposes. Regardless of the outcome of this vote, no further GYROs will be staked in the DAO fund.

Abstact: Stake GYRO in the DAO fund to accumulate funds for the DAO

Motivation: Grow the DAO fund through compounding yield.

Specification: Keep the current GYROs in the DAO fund staked.

1. Pros a. Allows for a gradual accumulation of funds to be used for the benefit of the protocol and the community. b. Funds accrued into the DAO fund means less of it leaving the protocol i.e. keeping the protocol more sustainable.

2. Cons a. A sharp decrease in APY, but will gradually normalize to near pre-staked values.

Unstake the GYROs in the DAO fund

1. Pros a. A sharp return to pre-staked APY values.

2. Cons a. Less funds staying within the protocol.
