Something for the Gyro Community
Summary
RU community has capital and coders, that can be accessed by creating Russian option on Gyro media and its community. Due to the conditions of the post-Soviet countries, crypto sphere is needed and widely used. Gyro is the project that should be expanded not only on English-speaking market, but also Asian. This will bring opportunities, development and profits.
Abstract
Some efforts have already been made to research and develop this idea. The number of new users in RU servers and channels can be easily tracked as it is a public information. Also the efficiency of the ads can be tracked thru referral codes. Social Media impact can be easily tracked on Twitter or maybe Instagram through hashtags and key-words. The plan is simple: we create a base for the community, translate articles and tools. Then we start a trial marketing campaign, that will bring people into the community as ambassadors and/or clients.
Motivation
The main idea is to bring sustainable growth to this project. The GAP , the DAO and the Gyro currency are all build by the people who are interested and motivated to participate in the project in the long run. By bringing more people from around the world we develop the project and accelerate it. With a little of effort we can access huge community, which will improve Gyro and will help to grow, as big as possible.
Furthermore we can treat this exercise as an opportunity to learn how the bottom-up approach (i.e. driven by the DAO and the GAP as opposite to the Gyro Team) should be organized.

Budget
The translation and the design won't take a lot. Around 100$ for everything, probably even less, especially if we will attract ambassadors.
But the marketing is pricey. Top 3 - Top 10 media will charge about 300$-1000$ per post. Top 1, up to 3000$. Average media wants around 300-500$. However, even though it seems to be unjustifiably expensive, the inflow of people will cover all of the expenses and it will grow geometrically.
Therefore we propose to cap the budgets and to fix on building the base for the community first and then spend the rest on advertising Gyro (wisely). We’ll use referal codes to track the onboarding of new users. We’ll exercise the idea untill the end of January and assess the results then.
Pros
More people using Gyro => more money for other Gyros projects => Gyro gets more innovative => more people use Gyro. That's a loop of profits for everyone. Not only that, but also ads build up a reputation and brand for Gyro, as an international and innovative company. Opportunity to learn while building a project bottom-up (DAO- and GAP-driven). Building the framework for cooperation between the DAO and the Team while cooperating on interdependent tasks.
Cons
The marketing campaign can be ineffective.
