Should we change the liquidity pool fee structure to buy back and burn Soul?

Hello people of the underworld, I am making the proposal to change how liquidity pool fees are distributed. Currently a 0.3% fee is charged, those funds are distributed to all liquidity providers. I propose that we change this. The new fee is still 0.3% however 0.27% will go to liquidity providers and .03% will go to a fund that is used to buy back Soul tokens and burn it on a weekly basis.
