HIP-1 - OTC Mint

Summary

To allow community members that missed the auction to participate in an OTC offering at the same price as the auction participants. Only wallet addresses on the following Hairtable list qualify:

These are select contributors to our community who have both contributed in the past and are likely to contribute in the future. Participants had 24 hours to enter the Hairtable to filter for active members.

Proposal

Only mint the amount of HAIR that we need to conduct the OTC deal. At maximum, $36,610 USDC worth, equivalent to 16,038.7137136 HAIR ($2.282602 USDC per HAIR). The process will be the following:

• Hairtable participants have until Sunday March 5 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time to send USDC to the HairDAO multisig on the Ethereum network, hairdao.eth or 0xe98134dCe5959Eb8D13b7d6543b8E16a20ed973E. Participants may only send up to the amount entered on the Hairtable.

• On March 6, HairDAO will mint and distribute the amount of HAIR corresponding to the amount sent to the multisig by each participant.
