HIP-25: HYPER HAIR

Dear HairForce,

We herein propose a two-pronged HIP, one that seeks to significantly expand liquidity for HAIR.

HAIR RAISING First, we herein propose to allocate between $3.33mn and $10mn of HAIR for a JuiceBox public auction, at today’s current ETH price (~$3300). The purpose of the fundraise is to 1) hyperscale our laboratory; 2) bring our first non-FDA approved drug to market compliantly; and 3) in-house our own hair transplant clinic, fully verticalizing our pre-clinical supply chain.

BASE LIQUIDITY Secondly, we herein propose to move $100k of HAIR and $100k of ETH to the Base blockchain to add to our existing liquidity pool for HAIR/ETH. This migration is intended to provide our community members with a more cost-efficient experience, minimizing the high fees associated with Ethereum mainnet transactions.

We believe both the Juicebox and Base liquidity growth will foster hyper-growth of our path to a cure and greater accessibility for our community, respectively, while preserving the integrity of HAIR’s tokenomics.
