HIP-16: Hairy Hire

Attention HairForce! I hereby propose that we bring on a third full-time contributor to provide support for the increasingly large workload at HairDAO. Accordingly, we have agreed to terms with a contributor and if approved by the community, we will proceed with the hire immediately. Importantly, we have shared the hire’s resume with team members who have signed NDA’s and there has been unanimous and strong support for making the new hire.

The contributor has experience in both wet lab research and computational biology research, and has experience working as web3 software engineer. The hire agrees to contribute to HairDAO, taking on responsibilities that encompass software development, computational biology, business development, marketing, and other general operational tasks.

If approved, compensation for the new hire will be as follows: $60,000 USDC base salary paid bi-weekly 7,000 HAIR per year vested monthly and locked up for one year
