HIP-24 Hairier Base (Again)

Dear HairForce,

Turns out, posting a HIP over Thanksgiving is unwise. Trying this again for more engangement.

We herein propose to move $100k of HAIR and $100k of ETH to the Base blockchain to add to our existing liquidity pool for HAIR/ETH. This migration is intended to provide our community members with a more cost-efficient experience, minimizing the high fees associated with Ethereum mainnet transactions.

The proposed liquidity allocation is as follows: HAIR/ETH: $100k in HAIR paired with $100k in ETH.

The market capitalization of HAIR will remain consistent with its current valuation on the Ethereum mainchain. We believe this move will foster greater engagement and accessibility for our community while preserving the integrity of HAIR’s tokenomics.
