HIP-28: Grow the HairForce

To continue expanding the capabilities of our in-house laboratory and telehealth platform Anagen, I propose allocating up to $1 million USD and $3 million worth of HAIR in salary (at the current price of $30.14) over the next year for full-time hires and existing team members. However, we will only move forward with growing the team if the majority of HAIR holders approve deploying our resources toward these critical hires.
