HIP-5 : The Uni is Alive

HairDAO will launch the HAIR/Eth Uniswap Pool today. In order to incentivize its adoption, HairDAO has engaged with a prominent anon with a big brain and strong connections across Web3. The following is the plan to execute a transaction with the anon.

OTC Offering

• Anon sends $25k of Eth (at time of sending) to hairdao.eth, occurring no later than 5PM UTC on 3/31/23. Anon receives 10952.4130795 HAIR to their wallet(s) of choice no later than 3/31/23 9PM UTC (the same price as the auction - $2.282602).

Liquidity Grant

Anon also has the option for a HAIR Liquidity Grant. The Liquidity Grant is executed as follows:

• The anon can purchase $25k of HAIR, by 4/30/23 4PM UTC from the HAIR/Eth Uniswap pool (the anon will show us proof of wallet ownership for the transactions claimed, using as many wallet addresses as he pleases).
• If the anon purchases $25k of HAIR for a higher price than $2.282602/HAIR, the anon receives the difference between 10952.4130795 HAIR and their purchase amount (such that their $25k Uni pool purchase is converted at the same $2.282602 auction price) no later than 5/1/23 4PM UTC to their wallet(s) of choice.
