Hip-10: Protecting the HairForce

Dear HairForce,

We hereby propose that anyone who has threatened to sue or is in the process of suing HairDAO or any of its members cannot claim any HAIR or yHAIR from HairDAO, and may be subject to having any amount HAIR previously allocated to them in prior Hair Improvement Proposals (HIPs) slashed from existence if voted on by HAIR holders.
