I come to you on behalf of Bio.xyz, the incubator that helped to launch HairDAO. Please read our proposal below and comment with any questions or concerns you have.

Proposal Enact Bio.xyz’s HAIR vesting schedule to what was originally agreed upon between HairDAO and Bio.xyz.

Background HairDAO joined the Bio.xyz accelerator program which gave Bio.xyz the right to 6.9% of the total future HAIR token supply without vesting. On March 12th, 2023, HairDAO voted on HIP-2, which included language for vesting Bio.xyz’s tokens over 4 years. The vesting was not originally agreed upon and contradicted the terms of HairDAO’s participation in the bio.xyz accelerator program.

Specification We propose to ratify the original legal agreement between the founders of HairDAO and bio.xyz. Currently, only 13,225.04 HAIR has been transferred to bio.xyz, and we propose enacting the distribution of the remainder of bio.xyz’s 6.9% of HAIR (92,575.28) bioxyz.eth, with the cliff date of 2/26/2024 proposed in HIP-2, and which bio.xyz has volunteered to lock into vHAIR with linear vesting until 2/26/2026.

Reasoning: The original agreement with HairDAO did not include vesting, and in the name of honor and justice you should vote to ratify and uphold the original agreement made with Bio.xyz. We are committed to honoring the 4-year holding period of the HAIR tokens and do not plan to sell our HAIR tokens ever.
