Marketing Campaign Proposal

1. Use a small portion of DAO funds to buy a number of floor bears for a giveaway (spend ~2 ETH to buy 20 Halloween Bears)
2. Give away 1 bear per day on Twitter in a contest where contestants need to like, tag 1 friend, and retweet the giveaway tweet, as well as follow Halloween Bears on Twitter.
3. In the tweet, mention that we're doing these giveaways every single day leading up to the release of Bears Deluxe Honey (November 17th per their website). We want the community to understand that when BD does well, we do well because of our vault. It's a win-win for both projects. We can mix up the tweets and make sure we advertise our burn event, tokenomics model, community, DAO treasury, etc. We also want people to know why it's a good idea to be a Halloween Bear holder.
4. We celebrate the release of Honey on the final day of the giveaway by doing one last contest where we give away the baby Kaiju King - this giveaway should require 1 staked Halloween bear for contestants to be eligible to win, incentivizing those who won a bear previously to hold onto their bear and stay in our ecosystem.
