HamDAO Charter

This vote is concerning RFC 013 HamCouncil/HamDAO Charter. After review it seems the community is happy with the state of the charter. Voters can find the charter under the current proposal channel (click the link). It's worth mentioning that the charter is not an unchangeable document and revisions and changes will be made as we grow and change as a DAO.

Voting is open for 72 hours and once completed, depending on the result, the charter will become the founding document on which decisions will be measured against. This give us direction and purpose as a DAO.
