1000 FTM grant to our Elected Community Developer 0xBuilderHam to lead a team to build the Fantom Equivalent of https://solanafloor.com/ or Fantomfloor.com/ for better price analysis of Fantom NFTs. With this way of giving back to the Fantom Eco-system, we can build our brand as something with greater meaning and more devs would enter our collection to forward more development goals.

The reason for the large bounty/grant is because of the opportunity loss of 0xBuilderHam and team for other projects. SolanaFloor was the runner-up in the Solana hackathon so there was quite some effort put into the DAPP.

However, there is contention in the RFC and the voting will be mainly if the ownership of the DAPP should be with the 0xBuilderHam and team, or partial-ownership, or no ownership, when ad-revenue is concerned.

The exact budget size will be discussed with 0xBuilderHam in the RFC as the vote goes on. The duration of the proposal vote is 48 hours.
