HamStory Development Fund

Proposal that the DAO treasury approve a “HamStory Development Fund” to enable members of the community to refine and realize their vision for their trait's own comic strips with external professional assistance (paid, where appropriate) and funding cleared via the DAO proposal process.

Fund value and appropriate use to be determined through the RFC process.

Pros:

• Completed stories for traits, ready for submission to artists in a smaller timeframe.
• Higher quality content and more detail.
• Clarity on intended artistic outcome and removal of some misinterpretation experienced already from the artists.
• Expansion of the launchpad / HamStory / #the-story-thus-far.

Cons:

• Cost to DAO treasury
• Management of proposals required by the DAO
