The RFC system is a delicate and nuanced way to create consensus on what we should do as a DAO. The process has show itself to be a great way to ensure the proper discussion is had.

However, the system is also slow and can lead to stagnation if not used for the most important of tasks.

Thats why in RFC 022 I (Hooter) have proposed a system where voting is done on a locked channel in the discord with votes lasting 24 hours only. A simple check or cross will be used to gain an understanding of community sentiment on any topic.

All large DAO decisions will still be done via an RFC so we can ensure that all voices are heard.

For smaller, less impactful decisions this QuickVote system would be a great system to have.
