Propose to convert a percentage of idle non-yield generating FTM into the following position totaling 29% of the gross treasury as follows: 1) 3.5% into Beefy-BIFI, 2% into Beefy-Geist-DAI, 4.5% into Beefy-Gesit-ETH, 3.5% into Beefy-Geist-WBTC, 1.5% into Beefy-Geist-USDC, 3.5% into Grim-Scream-MIM, 4% into Grim-Spooky-BOO, 5.5% into Tarot- tFTM, and 1% into Tarot-JOE
