.PNG SUNGLASSES FOR HAMS

I would like to propose the development of .png sunglasses for hams, similar to how RiotGoools made flowers and tiaras for Goool prom (check it out if not familiar, RiotGoools are super fun https://twitter.com/riotgoools/status/1453100389184671747?s=20).

We can easily allocate a portion of our treasury to fund the creation, this is a procedural vote on whether or not to pursue this course of action. If a 'yes' vote is passed, we will seek quotes from potential artists and then hold a vote on which example(s) we would like to fund. A 'no' vote means no further action will be taken and your poor hams eyes will be damaged by the suns brutal ultraviolet rays forever.
