This proposal ratifies this vote which shows clear community support for creating a free mint for the happyturtlebeachclub by using a new contract or the existing contract.

Motivation

To drive the growth of the community and bring some excitement back into the Happy Turtle Beach club community by a free mint.

To discover if the community would prefer reusing the old contract for the free mint or creating a new one to separate the two NFTs via a contract.
