Vote on Hiring Private Consulting Team using Comm. Funds

We are opening a proposal to allocate the current holdings of the community fund, worth 1.71 Ξ to hire an external Private Consulting team who will create an analysis of our current situation, and create an action plan based on our current needs, but also based on what we are capable of doing and can afford to do.

This vote determines the community intention to proceed with this arrangement.
