Treasury Allocation: FREQ

The Team seeks approval from the DAO to allocate the multisig funds into the proposed rebrand as per the FREQ_Whitepaper.pdf shared in the THEM HatDAO discord channel. The HatDAO currently holds 48.13 ETH. Preparations and work has been underway since Autumn 2021, with confirmations from all contributors in the final stages or confirmed. The Team now requires funds as well as the HatDAO to accompany THEM on its new journey. After months of research, meetings and planning the team is convinced that this rebrand is the way forward longterm, allowing us as a community to take part in a high quality, transdisciplinary project reaching new heights and writing our own history. And all that whilst working with some of the best illustrators and writers in the game!!
