K(AI): Decrease NFT collection to 2500

This proposal means that instead of minting K(AI) to 3000 NFTs, we would decrease the collection to 2500, this would make it more attractive to mint K(AI) and also give more value to existing holders.

If this is approved, the minting will be paused when mint reaches close to 2500.
