[HIP-32] Chinese community bot competition

Summary

A new proposal to allocate 120,000 HBOT tokens as rewards for the Hummingbot Chinese community trading competition.

Introduction:

Hummingbot has consistently worked towards creating a powerful decentralized trading bot to facilitate the convenience and liquidity of digital asset trading. Recognizing the significance of the Chinese community in the Hummingbot project, as one of the most active global communities, the Chinese community has made substantial contributions to the development of Hummingbot.

To further strengthen the position of the Chinese community, we plan to organize a global trading competition specifically tailored for the Chinese community. Through this competition, we aim to inspire more participation from Chinese community members and leverage this opportunity to enhance collaboration between the Chinese community and the global community.

Proposal Objectives:

Requesting funds to be allocated as rewards for the Chinese community trading competition to deepen community integration and increase Hummingbot's influence within the Chinese community.

Reward Distribution:

1. Ranking Rewards: The top two Chinese community traders will receive HBOT rewards.
   • 1st Place:** 50,000 HBOT
   • 2nd Place:** 20,000 HBOT
2. Content Rewards: Encouraging Chinese community users to share their competition experiences and strategy insights.
   • Best Content Share:** 50,000 HBOT

Competition Timeline:

• Competition Start: November 27, 2023
• Competition End: November 30, 2023
