Summary:

Add basic Solana Gateway API

Description:

The PR related to this HIP has already been merged to CoinAlpha/hummingbot: Solana Gateway #30.

It contains Gateway-side integration of all important endpoints regarding Solana wallet management. Missing are client-side codes and configurations in order to connect a Solana wallet to Hummingbot.

Further work on client-side support will be included in a coming HIP, which will come bundled with the Serum DEX connector, in order for QA to be fully possible and to be of full use to the Hummingbot community.

HBOT Amount:

The first PR for Gateway-side support for Solana wallets, took approx. 12 full developer days. Further 3 days were spent on continually adjusting the PR and discussing Gateway V2 architecture restructuring with @nullably and @James.

Therefore we propose to award 15 * 20k HBOT = 300k HBOT for the work being done so far.
