[HIP-25] Remove Hotbit connector
The Hotbit connector was added by a community PRP in March 2023.
Since Hotbit announced that they will be terminating operations per this Coindesk article, Hummingbot Foundation believes that this connector should be removed from the official Hummingbot codebase.
If this proposal is approved, Foundation engineeering will remove the connector in the June 2023 release.
