Description

The DEX connectors for Balancer, Terra and Perpetual Finance existed in Gateway v1, but weren't included in the initial release of Gateway v2.

We should add them back in, but with the reliability and usability improvements that's expected in Gateway v2's architecture design.

This improvement proposal includes the following work items:

1. Adding the connector API routes, configurations, and logic for Balancer, Terra and Perpetual Finance connectors to Gateway v2.
2. Add Cosmos / Terra blockchain interfacing logic to Gateway v2.
3. Add the appropriate configuration UX flow to Hummingbot for setting up Balancer, Terra and Perpetual Finance connectors on Hummingbot side.
4. Add user documentation for how to set up and use the three connectors, with relevant example strategies to use with them.
5. Add unit tests for the connectors and Terra blockchain interface on Gateway v2.
6. Perform end-to-end testing with the three connectors and their relevant strategies on Hummingbot, and make sure they work in a robust manner.
