Keep the spot connector for Hashkey Global (https://global.hashkey.com/) in the Hummingbot codebase.

This connector did not meet the minimum 200K threshold for retention in the latest CLOB Spot Connector Poll: https://snapshot.org/#/hbot.eth/proposal/0x72aba49ec0d940d8cbdfb69a2e4f8408af2b9f1b0173526c523269755342d19d

I propose that Hummingbot Foundation keeps this connector in the codebase, rather than removing it from future releases.

Rationale

Hashkey is one of the most heavily used connectors, per the Reported Volumes Dashboard, and the exchange is in discusssions with Hummingbot Foundation about a potential partnership.

The connector was recently added to the codebase, so I anticipate that Hashkey will begin taking part in the governance process and vote for their connectors in the future.
