#6200 Feat/injective perpetual protocol

This PRP is to include the Injective perpetual connector to the client and gateway code.

The proposed PRs add the concrete implementation of the Injective CLOB perpetual connector for both client and Gateway.

In order to make this possible, the PR introduces a generalized concept of a CLOB perpetual connector (connectors to decentralized exchanges that maintain order books). CLOB perpetual connectors can be used interchangeably with centralized perpetual connectors, meaning they can work with the same strategies.
