#5380 Reduce log noise when hummingbot communicates with gateway

Currently hummingbot communciation with gateway produces a lot of noise if gateway fails to communciate with the node. We often retry a lot of these actions because some failure is expected. Instead of printing everything in the right hand side, lets leave the details in the log files.
