Fix/error on install source #5140

Update the installation based on the source version so that it can be compiled and installed correctly from the source code.

The changes introduced are:

fix the bitfinex_exchange.pyx add cimport bool to pass compile script

fix the file avellaneda_market_making.pyx append miss ConditionalExecutionState import issue, else it cannot work with ubuntu 20.04
