#6068 Feat/injective protocol

This PRP is to include the Injective chain and connectors to the code.

The proposed PR adds the concrete implementation of the Injective CLOB connector.

In order to make this possible, the PR introduces a generalized concept of a CLOB connector (connectors to decentralized exchanges that maintain order books). It includes an implementation in Gateway and in the client code. CLOB connectors can be used interchangeably with centralized connectors, meaning they can work with the same strategies.
