#4944 Fix/normalize primary color login screen

A description of the changes proposed in the pull request:

This fix was required to keep consistency at the color palette of the application as pointed out in #4905. It would be good to use not only the default value but also ensure that future new configuration values could be handled.

Tests performed by the developer:

The test performed consisted of opening the application in a second run and observing that the input password dialog text color is the same as in the console. A screenshot is attached as evidence.
