HGP-87: Add Gemini Connector

This proposal requests approval to add a new Gemini connector to the Hummingbot Client.

Gemini is a US-regulated cryptocurrency exchange (NYDFS-licensed trust company) offering spot trading on major crypto assets with deep USD, USDC and USDT liquidity. It is one of the longest-running, fully compliant centralized exchanges in the US market.

The addition of a Gemini connector will enable Hummingbot users to interact directly with Gemini's spot markets. Placing orders, tracking fills, managing balances, and running trading strategies through native Hummingbot workflows.

Rationale

User Demand: A native Gemini integration is a frequently requested addition for US-based market makers and traders who need access to a fully regulated, compliant venue.

Ecosystem Expansion: Adding Gemini strengthens Hummingbot's coverage of top-tier US-regulated centralized exchanges and opens new arbitrage paths against other supported venues.
