[HGP-73] Epoch 12 Gateway DEX Poll
- The Gateway DEX are Connectors to AMM-based decentralized exchanges and exchange aggregators in the Gateway code repository.
- The Gateway DEX Poll lets HBOT holders 1) decide which exchanges should be included in future releases of the Hummingbot open source algorithmic trading framework and 2) allocate HBOT tokens toward maintenance bounties for supported exchanges.
- If an exchange passes the Minimum HBOT vote threshold of 400K HBOT, its connectors will be included in subsequent releases of the Hummingbot codebase. Approval determines support for all connector types that Hummingbot supports (CLOB spot, CLOB perpetual, AMM DEX, etc).
- The Epoch 12 polls allocate 3,0000,000 HBOT pool to exchange maintenance bounties, which the Foundation uses to fund bug fixes and upgrades requested by the Hummingbot community.
- Each exchange receives funding proportional to their vote share, with a per-exchange cap of 1M HBOT to prevent over-concentration.
