After reviewing feedback from Epochs 1-5, it's evident the community highly values connector voting, in tune with the evolving decentralized landscape.

Purpose: Enhance transparency in the governance process by earmarking specific HBOT amounts for connector-related bounties.
Allocation Proposal:
HBOT holders can forward connector-specific bounties through Improvement Proposals. Simultaneously, the Foundation will initiate bounties for Gold and Silver connectors. Bounties' permanence is expected, though the Foundation retains modification rights.
3. Change in Governance Parameters:
Renaming 'Minimum Voting Power Threshold' to 'Connector Inclusion Threshold' - a benchmark vote HBOT connectors must achieve for next Epoch inclusion.
