[HGP-80]: Add Architect Connector to Hummingbot Client

Description

This proposal requests approval to add a new Architect connector to the Hummingbot client, enabling users to trade on Architect through a native, officially supported integration.

Architect is a decentralized derivatives exchange focused on perpetual trading. The addition of an Architect Perpetual connector will enable Hummingbot users to interact programmatically with Architect’s perpetual markets — placing orders, managing positions, tracking market data, and automating derivatives strategies through the Hummingbot platform.

Rationale

• User Demand Interest in regulated derivatives venues and novel perpetual markets has been increasing among algorithmic traders, market makers, and institutional users within the Hummingbot ecosystem.

• Ecosystem Expansion Adding support for Architect will broaden Hummingbot’s coverage of global perpetual futures venues, particularly those offering regulated, institutional-grade derivatives markets.
