Reward people who have operated our Multi-Sig Wallet?

A large portion of the DAO's total net worth and the absolute majority of on-chain interactions have been orchestrated by 10 individuals through our gnosis (they rebranded it: "Safe{Wallet}") multi-sig wallet.

They have provided their services free of charge for the last two years.

This vote will decide whether or not we use a percentage of the final ETH amount to reward these people.

Explanation of voting options 1 - None (they get nothing) 2 - 0.5% (if we end up with 400ETH total ETH, each wallet would get 0.25ETH, 0.5% of 400ETH= 2ETH total reward amount) 3 - 1% (if we end up at 400ETH total ETH, each wallet would receive 0.5 ETH, 1% of 400ETH= 4ETH total reward amount) 4 - 1.5% (if we end up at 400ETH total ETH, each wallet would receive 0.75ETH, 1.5% of 400ETH = 6ETH total reward amount) 5 - 2% (if we end up with 400ETH total ETH, each wallet would receive 1ETH, 2% of 400ETH = 8ETH total reward amount)
