Exclude Shamdoo from the final ETH distribution?

We agreed during our town hall (10/18/23) that we would hold a vote to decide whether or not to include him, his wallets and all of his assets in the final ETH distribution, which will take place once we have sold all of our assets and have a complete list of eligible wallets.

Sham owns over 200 (maybe many more, he mentioned different amounts to us) HeadDAO NFTs and around 500 HeadGame NFTs. He has received at least 214 ETH from HeadDAO since launch.
