Onboard Common Pool Safe Signers

Background

With the Creation of the Chaos Common Pool, it calls for transparent housing & distribution of funds. Safe signers will be required execute transactions in a way that ensures the trust to the Chaos Network.

Description

4 individuals should be onboarded to the Safe that will be initially holding 30 ETH. 4 of the 7 will need to be present & sign at the time of any transaction execution.

Responsibilities of a Signer

• Create payouts based on Chaos proposals that have been passed
• Be available to sign within a reasonable window(24hr?) of a transaction so that payments go out in a timely manner

Requirements of a Signer

• Support & trust from the Chaos network
• Basic web3 literacy
• Responsive & communicative
• Available on the 1st of the month to create, sign, & execute payments

I suggest we utilize this figjam linked below to nominate & signal 4 Signers in addition to Mark Redito, Greydient, & Matthew Chaim. Nomination is not an issuance of responsibility but rather, an invitation. A nominee must accept the responsibility before the Signer list is made final. Please nominate at least 4 individuals.

Timeline

Signers should be nominated and onboarded by Sept 30, 2022 so that they may assemble & execute proposals that have passed through the first funding cycle.

Potential Risks are selecting nominee’s who aren’t available, execute incorrect amounts, and at the absolute worst & most unimaginable ,,, drain chaos funds.
