CHIP-3 Temperature check on the Distribution proceedings

Dear Tokenholders,

Further to the Receivers’ recent updated dated 10 May 2024 (See Official Channels), the Receivers invite members of the community to assist in facilitating a snapshot vote to agree to the proposed distribution plan. The Receivers, to facilitate the above vote, have provided limited authorisation to the community to facilitate this vote. The authorization does not extend to any other activities related to Hector DAO.

The Receivers request tokenholders to vote on the proposal that:

1. Nemo’s Balance Checker https://hector-balance-checker.vercel.app/ should be used for the purposes of calculating the amount of aggregated HEC per registered wallet and that you agree to the amount reflected in a spreadsheet that is publicly accessible with respect to the amount of eligible tokens held in your wallet ? (Yes or No)

2. Tokenholders agree to their wallet balances, according to Nemo’s Balance Checker, being recorded in a spreadsheet that is publicly accessible (Yes or No)

3. An interim distribution should be made (to wallets that are registered and eligible following KYC procedures) with the value of the distribution based on the total number of tokens held in Registered Wallets (Yes or No)

The vote is prepared based on the information available to the Receivers at the time of the vote. The outcome of the vote is not binding on Hector DAO, the Receivers, or the BVI Court. The vote is a way of organising and facilitating consultation with the Hector community and the results will be taken into account accordingly, but the ultimate decision rests with the Receivers and the BVI Court and the Receivers reserve their right to pursue a different course than that voted upon by a majority of Tokenholders should they consider it appropriate to do so.
