TIP-007 - 1,000,000 Investment from Treasury in FTM

Markets are rough Hectorians, be safe out there! At the same time, these difficult times provide potentially great entries. Hector's success is tied to Fantom's success, and as you all know, we are Fantom-believers.

Although TIP's normally propose three projects for a $500,000 investment subject to a vote, with TIP-007 we propose a $1,000,000 from the treasury into Fantom (FTM).

As we have touched upon briefly a few times during AMA's, we are planning running our own FTM validator nodes. Initially we will add FTM to the treasury, which will subsequently be used for validator nodes.

After TIP-007 ends, we will (if yes) withdraw $1,000,000 from the Treasury to a secondary wallet and will perform the investment in the following hours. (We'll analyze the target project chart to find the best moment to jump in, and may do multiple smaller transactions instead of a big one).
