HIP-034 Adding $500,000 of wBTC liquidity to Hector Bank

wBTC has now been added to our lending and borrowing network, Hector Bank.

In the past we voted to add $500,000 of liquidity to the DAI, USDC, FRAX and TOR pool at Hector Bank to allow for easier borrowing.

Today we propose to do the same for wBTC. With a “Yes” vote, $500,000 will be sent from the treasury to a separate wallet to buy wBTC and add that to the supply pool of Hector Bank which will provide liquidity for users to borrow.
