TIP-004 + TIP-005

The 4th and 5th Treasury Investment Proposal.

As voted in HIP-009, we will be allocating $5m to projects chosen by the community.

For TIP-004/5 we want to combine what would have been TIP-004 and TIP-005 and purchase a total of $1m of one of the options below.

We have chosen to use $1m of assets for this TIP because the projects listed are significantly larger than previous investments, and because there is a potentially great entry for these blue chip projects. These projects don't need any introduction. Thanks for voting!
