HIP-013 - Digifinex Listing Marketing

Our expansions plans are moving forward, and recently Digifinex Exchange reached out to us to list us as their first ever Fantom project.

Digifinex is an Asian Exchange, ranked on Top 10 by liquidity and volume on both Coinmarketcap and Coingecko.

As a leading project on Fantom, Digifinex has proposed to list us for free.

What is required by our side is to provide them 15,000 USD worth of $HEC tokens to be used on their marketing activities.

These marketing activities will include:

1. Twitter Campaign
2. Telegram Campaign
3. Staking Competition

This will allow us to begin creating a stronghold in Asian markets. This will be important in our later expansion plans.
