HIP 016 - Second Vote on Name of our Stablecoin

HIP-015 was clear: USDH was the most popular name proposed. However, we received a lot of feedback with again different names, many community members expressed interest in a name more in line with our Ancient Greek identity.

We studied your suggestions thoroughly and saw TOR, HECD and HSC were mentioned a lot. We will bring these names to an additional vote, together with USDH.

However, our core team, art team and historians have a strong preference for TOR. For inspiration, see the TOR graphic.

Obviously everybody is free to vote on their preferred name though. This is a community-process.
