Use Treasury funds to mint E369 NFTs

Do you approve the minting of 15 Legendary E369 NFTs using TitanX from the treasury to support Helios' future projects?

Description: The funds used for minting E369 NFTs will come from the Helios treasury, with all proceeds returning back to the treasury to support the Helios ecosystem. The rewards generated from this initiative will be utilized to support HLX stakers, HLX buy & burn, and HLX liquidity in ways to be determined in the future. The exact strategy for distribution will be finalized and communicated as we move forward, ensuring continued growth and sustainability for the Helios community.

If passed: We will mint 15 Legendary NFTs for a total cost of 150B TITANX and store them in the DAO multisig wallet.
